Security Sergeant – Rotational

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Provides leadership and operational assistance for security services.

• Oversees daily security operations and staff.

• Ensures adherence to security policies and procedures.

• Cultivates an understanding of client operational requirements.

• Maintains open communication with clients regarding security issues.

• Reviews and resolves incident reports.

• Coordinates with law enforcement and emergency response teams.

• Conducts security investigations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.

• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.

• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Capability to obtain an Alaska Guard License.

• Capability to secure a State of Alaska Armed Guard License.

• Experience with handguns and meeting qualification standards.

• Familiarity with the Incident Command System (ICS).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract-specific software.
