This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and lead the technical efforts in intricate security engagements.
• Collaborate closely with seasoned Sales Executives to guide security discussions from initial discovery through solution design, RFP defense, and customer transition.
• Influence architectural decisions, challenge outdated security methodologies, and connect technical decisions to quantifiable risk reduction and business results.
• Assist customers in modernizing their security operations by leveraging Microsoft Defender and Sentinel as the foundational tools.
• Establish trusted relationships with CISOs, Heads of IT, and security architects.
• Convert Microsoft security capabilities into clear operational and business value.
• Take ownership of and manage RFP responses, including customer-facing RFP presentations.
• Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity, encompassing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel, and the comprehensive Microsoft E5 Security stack.
• In-depth knowledge of identity security, endpoint security, as well as cloud and network security.
• Experience in leading customer-focused technical discussions and workshops.
• Familiarity with the UK SOC landscape.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both German (native) and English.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with sales, product, and delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
• Demonstrated experience in a Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer or a similar customer-facing technical position within IT security.
