This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate customer scoping sessions to gain insights into business objectives, technical needs, and operational limitations.
• Convert customer needs into scalable, standardized interface solutions.
• Assess the current customer infrastructure to decide between reuse and replacement strategies.
• Record all assumptions, dependencies, and technical risks in the design documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance deal strategy and support customer interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 3 years of experience in systems design, solution engineering, or technical pre-sales.
• Proficient in designing or supporting: Video surveillance systems, Access control systems, and Intrusion Security systems.
• Strong knowledge of system integration and technical architecture.
