Security Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Vulnerability Management Program: Collaborate with the security engineering team to prioritize, communicate, and cultivate a culture of accountability throughout business units regarding security matters.

• Lead Metrics and Program Review: Utilize metrics and regular program assessments to transparently communicate performance and enhance accountability with both peer teams and senior management.

• Project Leadership: Provide expert guidance on highly visible and complex projects while inspiring and coordinating efforts across teams. Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Engineering leaders, Product Managers, and other teams across different locations (US, IN, AUS).

• Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine project management tools, ongoing practices, and mentor the team on industry best practices.

• Business Management: Assist with organizational tasks such as calendar management and vendor coordination for TISO and CI&SO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical program management.

• More than 2 years of experience in security (preferred), site reliability engineering, or software engineering.

• Capability to comprehend IT concepts such as web applications and servers, and possess a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
