This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with system owners to integrate new log feeds for security monitoring.
• Enhance and sustain our Detection and Response platforms.
• Develop workflows incorporating AI analysis to automatically investigate and triage issues.
• Engage actively in Incident Response, investigating issues and safeguarding Upstart.
• Create standardized response workflows to accelerate investigation and response utilizing AI and SOAR Technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Incident Detection and Response Engineering.
• Maintain a breach mindset, diligently pursuing all leads to resolution.
• Strong proficiency in log analysis (ability to craft effective log search queries).
• Solid skills in at least one programming language (preferably Python).
• Extensive experience with Git (rebasing is not intimidating!).
