Security Managed Services Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage and operate cybersecurity platforms for IT and OT environments

• Ensure the availability, stability, and proper functioning of security tools

• Oversee perimeter security solutions, configurations, policies, and changes

• Execute troubleshooting activities and resolve incidents related to security infrastructure

• Provide specialized technical support for the platforms being managed

• Assist with monitoring activities, asset inventory, and risk analysis

• Participate in hardening and network segmentation initiatives

• Strengthen security controls and support continuous improvement processes

• Engage in the implementation, configuration, and updating of new cybersecurity tools

• Collaborate with teams in Networking, Infrastructure, Architecture, OT Operations, and Cybersecurity

• Support the execution of changes following formal management and control processes

• Document operational procedures, configuration standards, and technical diagrams

• Stay updated on new technologies and cybersecurity trends

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing technological infrastructure, networks, or cybersecurity

• Experience administering or supporting next-generation firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, or similar)

• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks, routing, switching, VLAN, NAT, DNS, DHCP, and Site-to-Site VPN

• Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure and networks

• Understanding of perimeter security, network segmentation, and access control

• Ability to interpret network diagrams and architectures

• Experience creating technical documentation

• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher (Mandatory)

• Availability to perform on-call duties when required by operations

• Experience in OT/ICS environments or industrial infrastructures

• Knowledge of Purdue architectures and ISA/IEC 62443

• Experience with Tenable OT, Nozomi, Claroty, or similar tools

• Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC, DNP3, IEC-104, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP

• Experience with FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and the Fortinet ecosystem

• Experience in vulnerability management

• Certifications such as CCNA, NSE/Fortinet, Security+, SC-900, AZ-900, or equivalent

• Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation
