This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate closely with fraud investigators, analysts, contact center teams, and executives to gain insights into workflows and operational challenges.
• Set up, tailor, and enhance Charm's AI agents to align with each customer's fraud operations, policies, and procedures.
• Develop integrations with customer systems, data sources, and enterprise applications.
• Quickly prototype innovative solutions tailored to customer-specific needs.
• Evaluate production usage, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and continually advance customer implementations.
• Serve as a reliable technical advisor throughout the customer's journey in AI fraud transformation.
• Travel frequently to customer locations across the United States for workshops, deployments, training, and executive meetings.
• Over 4 years of experience in forward-deployed engineering, solution engineering, implementation engineering, or software engineering.
• Strong software engineering abilities, including experience in building integrations, APIs, automation, or backend systems.
• Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, AI agents, or agent-based workflows.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients on technical deployments or complex implementations.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States and Canada (approximately 25-50%).
• Engage in workshops, deployments, and executive sessions.
