This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and mentor technical delivery teams to guarantee quality, consistency, and alignment with client goals
• Develop and sustain executive-level relationships with clients, translating technical results into business benefits
• Handle and resolve client and project escalations
• Partner with Account Executives to uncover growth opportunities, shape proposals, and facilitate pre-sales efforts
• Deliver presentations to executives, conduct workshops, and provide mentorship to technical teams
• Spearhead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of practice services
• Draft Statements of Work, Requests for Proposal, and pre-sales solution designs
• Define and execute secure modern workplace adoption strategies within enterprise environments
• Establish and uphold security and compliance frameworks, covering data protection, insider risk management, and DLP
• Implement Zero Trust principles by utilizing MFA, conditional access, and continuous verification
• Align cloud security architectures with regulatory, operational, and business needs
• Design and implement integrations across cloud platforms, SaaS applications, security tools, and endpoint management solutions
• Create automation scripts, workflows, and orchestration processes
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to engineers and delivery teams
• Establish strategies for high availability, disaster recovery, and monitoring
• Define governance models, lifecycle policies, and adoption frameworks
• Act as a cloud security subject matter expert for initiatives, migrations, transformations, roadmaps, executive briefings, and industry discussions
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Azure security suite capabilities, including Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, WAF, APIM, Secure Landing Zones, Azure Policy, PIM, and related governance tools
• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security integration, encompassing Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance, and cross-platform compliance alignment
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale Azure deployments, migrations, and modernization projects across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS workloads
• Extensive knowledge of Azure services, such as Entra ID, Virtual Networks, Storage, Compute, App Services, and AKS
• Strong comprehension of Azure security and compliance capabilities, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Key Vault, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles
• Practical experience with PowerShell, KQL, ARM/Bicep, Terraform, and Microsoft Graph API
• Understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid architectures, virtualization, containers, infrastructure security, data security, encryption, management plane, business continuity, and identity entitlement/access management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender suite and Microsoft Sentinel
• Experience in designing and operationalizing SIEM/SOAR solutions for Azure environments
• Experience in Azure resource lifecycle management, including provisioning, governance, cost optimization, and decommissioning
• Capability to utilize emerging technologies, including AI tools
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Sedentary work environment
• Significant wrist, hand, and/or finger movement for a minimum of 8 hours daily
• Close visual acuity required for computer terminal viewing and/or extensive reading for at least 8 hours daily
• Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Preferred: A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years concentrated on Microsoft Azure architecture, administration, and security
• Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only)
