Security Engineer – CyberArk Specialist / PAM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Session Manager (PSM) solutions.

• Carry out the onboarding of privileged accounts, administrators, support teams, and service accounts.

• Configure and maintain monitoring and recording of sessions.

• Manage access controls for privileged accounts and enterprise platforms.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, server, and application teams to ensure secure privileged access flows.

• Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, sessions, and privileged access.

• Provide support for critical components of the security infrastructure.

• Assist technical teams in adopting secure session management practices.

• Identify improvement opportunities in privileged access governance and monitoring capabilities.

• Stay updated on PAM technologies, security trends, and emerging risks.

• Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational continuity.

• Work with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams in a corporate environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Session Manager (PSM).

• Experience in implementation, configuration, onboarding, session monitoring, recording, and troubleshooting of CyberArk PSM.

• Experience managing access controls for privileged accounts.

• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, network protocols, endpoint management, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.

• Experience collaborating with infrastructure, server, and application teams.

• Strong skills in communication, analysis, and problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience in corporate environments with multiple stakeholders.

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

• Desirable: experience with PVWA, CPM, Vault, and EPM.

• Desirable: knowledge in privileged access governance.

• Desirable: experience with regulatory compliance processes and access certification.

• Desirable: experience onboarding service accounts, administrators, and support teams.

• Desirable: experience working with international offshore/nearshore teams.
