This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement managed security tools during client onboarding and various projects.
• Adhere to established project timelines and deadlines.
• Accurately document security solutions.
• Maintain internal and client communications throughout deployment processes.
• Monitor the installation and functionality of solutions.
• Address and resolve issues related to solution installation and functionality.
• Conduct quarterly solution reviews following the Continuous Improvement Model.
• Perform recurring vulnerability scans of client environments.
• Relay findings and remediation steps to clients.
• Take ownership of vulnerability remediation processes.
• Act as an escalation point for the reactive security team.
• Fulfill on-call incident response responsibilities during night and weekend rotations as needed.
• Travel to client locations when necessary, though infrequently.
• Attend industry events, Network Coverage office locations, and Network Coverage events as required.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting, including cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to make informed and timely decisions in high-pressure situations, such as security incidents.
• Flexibility to adapt to new security challenges, technologies, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with security tools, including EDR, MDR, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Comprehension of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with routers, firewalls, access points, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
• Awareness of email threat protection tools and concepts.
• Reliable personal transportation for client travel when necessary.
• Availability for on-call incident response duties during night and weekend rotations.
• Willingness to work additional hours during incident remediation events.
• Full-time employment.
• Monday through Friday work schedule, 8 AM–5 PM (9-hour shift).
• Remote work arrangement.
• Opportunities for travel to industry events, Network Coverage office locations, and Network Coverage events.
