Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement Google security tools and platforms for clients.

• Provide expert-level assistance for client inquiries and issues related to Google SecOps tools and their configurations.

• Offer proactive security advice and recommendations to clients based on Google's security best practices.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their security goals and develop customized Google SecOps strategies.

• Establish and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for client environments, configurations, and best practices.

• Continuously research and stay informed about the latest updates in Google security products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in security operations.

• A solid grasp of common security frameworks, incident response processes, and threat detection methodologies.

• Proven experience with and understanding of Google Cloud security services.

• Hold one or more security certifications such as: CompTIA Security+, (ISC)² SSCP or CISSP, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
