This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Conduct weekly code evaluations to identify vulnerabilities prior to deployment.
• Monitor, prioritize, and facilitate the remediation of security vulnerabilities throughout the technology stack.
• Organize external security assessments and penetration testing, ensuring all findings are addressed.
• Maintain and enhance our risk register, cataloging all company services and prioritizing exposed elements.
• Assist with audit follow-ups and ensure GRC documentation remains current.
• Inform the team about emerging threats, document discoveries, and disseminate security updates across the organization.
• Execute phishing simulations and provide security training (via Riot).
• Oversee the monitoring of security channels and alerts, including coverage during weekends, to ensure no issues go unaddressed.
• Configure and secure new employee devices (MDM), managing access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Stay informed about new attack methods aimed at generative AI (prompt injection, jailbreaks, content filter circumvention).
• Monitor security incidents and vulnerabilities reported by third-party AI providers we depend on.
• Robust experience in application security, including code reviews and vulnerability management.
• Experience in coordinating or performing penetration tests and security audits.
• Proficient in shipping code and utilizing Git/GitHub workflows.
• Skills in scripting and automation.
• Bonus: knowledge of AI/LLM security concepts (prompt injection, jailbreaking, adversarial testing) — curiosity is more valuable than extensive experience in this evolving field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
