Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for safeguarding our product, users, and collaborators.

• Conduct weekly code reviews to identify vulnerabilities prior to deployment.

• Monitor, prioritize, and facilitate the resolution of security vulnerabilities.

• Organize external security audits and penetration testing.

• Maintain and update our risk register, ensuring all services are documented.

• Assist in audit follow-ups and ensure documentation remains current.

• Inform the team about new threats and disseminate security updates.

• Execute phishing simulations and oversee security training programs.

• Oversee security channels and alerts, including weekend monitoring.

• Configure and secure devices for new employees (MDM).

• Record security incidents and vulnerabilities reported by AI vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in application security (code review, vulnerability management).

• Experience in coordinating or performing penetration tests/security audits.

• Proficient in deploying code and familiar with Git/GitHub workflows.

• Skills in scripting and automation.

• Bonus: knowledge of AI/LLM security concepts (prompt injection, jailbreaking, adversarial testing).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Humble, eager to learn, and open to feedback.

• Able to work in an environment with products that utilize uncensored models and content.
