This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Conduct weekly code assessments to identify vulnerabilities prior to deployment.
• Monitor, prioritize, and facilitate the remediation of security vulnerabilities throughout the technology stack.
• Coordinate external security evaluations and penetration tests, ensuring all findings are addressed.
• Maintain and update our risk register, mapping all company services and prioritizing exposed assets.
• Assist with audit follow-ups and ensure that GRC documentation is current.
• Communicate emerging threats to the team, document findings, and distribute security updates across the company.
• Execute phishing simulations and deliver security training (via Riot).
• Oversee the monitoring of security channels and alerts, including weekend coverage, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly.
• Configure and secure new employee devices (MDM), managing access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Stay informed about new attack techniques targeting generative AI, such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, and content filter bypass.
• Monitor security incidents and vulnerabilities reported by the third-party AI providers we depend on.
• Extensive experience in application security, including code review and vulnerability management.
• Experience in coordinating or conducting penetration tests and security audits.
• Proficient in coding and familiar with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Skills in scripting and automation.
• Bonus: knowledge of AI/LLM security concepts (prompt injection, jailbreaking, adversarial testing) — curiosity is valued more than extensive experience in this emerging field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (fluent in English).
