This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Conduct weekly code reviews to identify vulnerabilities prior to deployment.
• Monitor, prioritize, and facilitate the remediation of security vulnerabilities throughout the stack.
• Organize external security audits and penetration tests, ensuring follow-up on their findings.
• Maintain and update our risk register, mapping all company services and prioritizing exposed elements.
• Assist in audit follow-ups and keep Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) documentation current.
• Inform the team about new threats, document findings, and disseminate security updates across the company.
• Execute phishing simulations and conduct security training sessions (via Riot).
• Manage security channels and alerts, including weekend duties, to ensure all inquiries are addressed.
• Set up and secure new employee devices (Mobile Device Management), and handle access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Stay updated on emerging attack techniques targeting generative AI, such as prompt injections, jailbreaks, and content filter bypasses.
• Monitor security incidents and vulnerabilities disclosed by third-party AI providers we depend on.
• Extensive experience in application security, including code review and vulnerability management.
• Proven experience in coordinating or conducting penetration tests and security audits.
• Proficient in shipping code and familiar with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Strong scripting and automation abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
• Goal-oriented, demonstrating ownership and commitment.
• Proactive mindset - capable of balancing execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-paced environment.
• Humble and eager to learn, open to receiving feedback.
