This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Conduct weekly code assessments to identify vulnerabilities prior to deployment.
• Monitor, prioritize, and facilitate the remediation of security vulnerabilities throughout the entire stack.
• Organize external security audits and penetration testing, ensuring thorough follow-up on results.
• Develop and maintain our risk register, mapping all company services and prioritizing exposure levels.
• Assist in audit follow-ups and ensure that GRC documentation remains current.
• Inform the team about new threats, document findings, and disseminate security updates across the company.
• Execute phishing simulations and security training sessions (utilizing Riot).
• Manage the oversight of security channels and alert systems, including weekend coverage, to ensure all queries are addressed.
• Set up and secure devices for new employees (MDM), as well as manage access provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Stay informed about new attack techniques targeting generative AI (such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, and content filter bypasses).
• Monitor security incidents and vulnerabilities reported by the third-party AI providers we depend on.
• Proven experience in application security, including code review and vulnerability management.
• Experience in coordinating or performing penetration tests and security audits.
• Proficient in shipping code and utilizing Git/GitHub workflows.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI/LLM security concepts (prompt injection, jailbreaking, adversarial testing) — as this field is still evolving, curiosity is valued over extensive experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and dedication.
