Security Control Specialist, Fluent Ukrainian

📋 Description

• Ensure a comprehensive cycle of investigation and coordination in response to security breaches or workflow disruptions.

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders during Data Breach incidents.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of incidents, develop preventive measures, and prepare reports for senior management.

• Analyze client operational processes in light of incidents to identify potential threats and formulate recommendations for proactive security enhancements.

• Evaluate the security of vendors, software platforms, and third-party services.

• Audit new hiring locations for compliance with data protection standards and the implementation of security tools.

• Prepare documentation and incident management procedures, and maintain the internal knowledge base.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in investigating and handling information security incidents.

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions to minimize the impact of incidents.

• High level of self-organization and task prioritization.

• Understanding of personal data protection principles and regulations regarding security breach notifications.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

• Experience using OSINT tools and methods in investigations (preferred).

• Background in BPO or Customer Support (preferred).

• Basic understanding of security tools (SIEM, EDR, DLP, NGFW, VPN, VDI) principles (preferred).
