Security Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Promoting security best practices for clients during the integration and maintenance of products.

• Serving as the main point of contact for customers and guiding the integrated account team towards achieving customer success.

• Collaborating with the business and cross-functional project teams to assess and ensure efficient integration and high-quality service delivery.

• Utilizing technical knowledge and project management abilities, along with occasional hands-on technical tasks, to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Recognizing service improvements and potential issues to foster continuous enhancements in the quality of customer service delivery.

• Engaging in communication with customers, internal teams, and partners to exchange information and manage deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5 years of relevant experience along with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

• Exhibit experience in a customer-facing position within the information technology sector.

• Showcase expertise in Network or Application Layer Security, API Security, SIEM, and AI Security; CISSP and CCNP certifications are preferred.

• Demonstrate understanding of network technologies, web security, or media-related technologies, methodologies, and/or architectures.

• Have a natural talent for engaging, influencing, and establishing trusted relationships with customers in challenging situations.

• Provide evidence of experience in delivering technical projects while managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Be an effective team player, capable of collaborating, prioritizing, and addressing problems in a rapidly changing environment.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
