Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Strategic definition of security reviews based on risk, criticality, and business priorities.

• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of multiple simultaneous offensive initiatives, including pentests and red team exercises.

• Comprehensive management of the security review and audit lifecycle, from preparation to the closure of resulting actions.

• Oversight of results and interpretation of technical offensive reports.

• Coordination of responses to reports generated from security reviews.

• Tracking of remediation plans, ensuring their proper execution in a timely manner.

• Liaison with clients, technical teams, and business leaders to ensure clear and aligned communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• General knowledge in security management, auditing, and/or risk management.

• Basic understanding of pentesting: OWASP, infrastructures, applications, code, networks, operating systems, and databases.

• Understanding of security review dynamics: technical audit methodologies, threat emulation, intrusion phases, and common attack vectors.

• Ability to analyze vulnerabilities and interpret technical offensive reports.

• Previous experience in pentesting teams, red teams, SOC, or security/compliance management roles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic vision and prioritization based on risk and criticality.

• Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and business leaders.

• High analytical capacity and rigor in documentation.

• Advanced knowledge in Linux, Windows Server, network devices, databases, software development, Cloud environments, and/or Docker/Kubernetes is desirable.

• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001 and management frameworks like ITIL is a plus.
