Security & Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Assist in conducting regular audits of company procedures and processes while aiding in the preparation of compliance reports.

• Examine compliance issues, document results, and facilitate the implementation of necessary actions.

• Fill out the security and compliance portions of RFPs and customer questionnaires to bolster sales efforts.

• Ensure that policies, standards, and associated documentation are reviewed and maintained up to date.

• Oversee the security training initiative.

• Maintain process mapping and the responsibilities structure chart.

• Assist in updating compliance policies and related documentation.

• Research applicable regulations, standards, and developments in the industry.

• Convey regulations and compliance requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Aid in management reviews and the supporting materials.

• Engage with clients across EMEA and the US.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with relevant compliance requirements and industry standards.

• Knowledge of SaaS businesses and their operational frameworks.

• Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance within an IT context.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Previous experience in roles such as compliance analyst, security analyst, compliance officer, or a similar position.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective research and documentation capabilities.

• Ability to organize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Experience with ISO security standards or a willingness to enhance knowledge in this area.

• Familiarity with SOC 2 audits or comparable compliance assessments.
