Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implementing mitigation strategies to avert vector attacks

• Evaluating customer traffic, applications, and systems to customize our security solutions and meet customers' security requirements

• Overseeing and documenting technical issues, responses, and requests to ensure that information is accurately recorded and updated

• Assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving network and connectivity challenges

• Engaging with customers to discuss challenges and provide updates and outcomes regarding your mitigation efforts and analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess experience with internet technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and web servers

• Exhibit experience in a customer-facing position and have a solid understanding of the consulting process

• Show initiative and work with urgency, coupled with a continuous desire for learning

• Have strong communication and collaboration abilities and be a responsible team member

• Demonstrate proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information in English

• Must be able to work night shifts
