This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the analysis of device and authentication risks, focusing on device trust, login/authentication methods, and access behaviors.
• Develop strategies for consumer security risk metrics and convert insights into comprehensive dashboards.
• Establish and enhance the consumer product risk portfolio by utilizing data to assess and prioritize risk areas.
• Create analyses and reports for quarterly risk assessments, monthly metric evaluations, and high-level cost-of-fraud presentations.
• Collaborate with security product managers and development teams to establish and promote security metrics and controls.
• Work alongside threat-modeling colleagues to evaluate and report on emerging risks.
• Construct and sustain data pipelines and metrics that drive analytics and dashboards.
• Develop reusable solutions for consumer security teams to minimize ad-hoc tooling.
• Expertise in consumer product security domains, including fraud, account security, abuse/trust & safety, authentication, or privacy.
• Strong engineering principles with a focus on well-documented, tested, and maintainable code.
• Proficient in data modeling and creating scalable data pipelines.
• Advanced analytical capabilities in SQL, Presto, Spark SQL, and Python.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to transform raw data into clear and persuasive narratives.
• Quick adaptability to new tools and techniques, including AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Comfortable working in uncertain environments and developing data models, portfolios, or dashboards from the ground up.
• Proactive approach with the ability to make decisions amidst incomplete information.
