Security Analyst, 1st Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You analyze, prioritize, and safeguard.

• With a keen focus on our SIEM (Security Information & Event Management), you identify security-relevant events, evaluate incidents, and ensure nothing is overlooked.

• You excel at prioritizing tasks efficiently while maintaining a comprehensive view, even amidst high data volumes.

• In accordance with established SLAs, you manage incidents, document your insights, and, when necessary, communicate directly with our clients.

• You produce clear, well-supported reports that provide not just facts, but significant value.

• You deliver your analyses succinctly and practically—whether during client calls or discussions with the team.

• You offer concrete recommendations for addressing security vulnerabilities and enhancing protective strategies.

• Recognizing that true security is constant, you will collaborate with your team within a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts).


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess prior SOC experience and are skilled in detecting, analyzing, and prioritizing security incidents.

• You are well-versed in enterprise networks and system architectures—Windows, Linux, or macOS are familiar environments for you.

• You can read and comprehend scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and ideally use them in practice.

• You manage sensitive data with care and can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• You are fluent in both German and English.

• Your primary residence is in Germany.

• Ideally, you hold certifications such as OSCP, CEH, SC-200, AZ-500, or similar.
