This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate customers’ Falcon environments to ensure they conform to Falcon Complete standards.
• Offer recommendations to Falcon Complete customers aimed at enhancing security.
• Develop and suggest remediation strategies for CrowdStrike product components that could strengthen the security posture.
• Reach out to customers directly upon discovering any discrepancies with Falcon Complete standards.
• Document, update, and resolve customer-related concerns in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Create and present service reports and statistics to customers upon request.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Carry out daily tasks under the guidance of leadership to support Falcon Complete’s mission to prevent breaches.
• Minimum of 3 years in a cybersecurity-focused position.
• Demonstrated customer empathy and ability to guide clients towards their desired outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Capability to collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
• Experience or proven understanding of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from recognized organizations such as SANS, ISC2, or equivalents.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
• Familiarity with incident management and CSIRT operations.
• Understanding of change management processes.
• Knowledge of malicious code detection and response methodologies.
• Awareness of audit, logging, and monitoring controls, including SIEM, UEBA, and MDR/XDR.
• Understanding of intrusion detection and response mechanisms.
• Experience working with complex and sophisticated clients.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to resolve customer issues and requests.
• Proven experience as a security advisor or consultant.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&CK is advantageous.
• May be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment.
