Security Advisor II, Falcon Complete

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customers’ Falcon environments to ensure they meet Falcon Complete standards.

• Offer recommendations to Falcon Complete clients aimed at enhancing their security.

• Develop and propose remediation strategies for CrowdStrike product components that can bolster security posture.

• Reach out to customers directly when discrepancies with Falcon Complete standards are detected.

• Document, update, and address customer-related issues in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Create and deliver service reports and statistics to customers as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work with the support team to troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues.

• Carry out daily tasks under leadership guidance to support Falcon Complete’s mission of preventing breaches.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to empathize with customers and guide them toward their desired outcomes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.

• Capability to collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.

• Proficient in operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Mac.

• Experience or proven knowledge in threat detection and incident response.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of incident management and CSIRT operations.

• Understanding of change management principles.

• Familiarity with malicious code detection and response methodologies.

• Knowledge of audit, logging, and monitoring controls, including SIEM, UEBA, and MDR/XDR.

• Experience in intrusion detection and response.

• Background working with complex and sophisticated clients.

• Strong analytical skills and a thirst for learning.

• Ability to collaborate across various teams to address customer issues and requests.

• Proven track record as a security advisor or consultant.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&CK is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
