Sector Manager – Water & Power, CEE Cluster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass sales targets in the W&P sector

• Spearhead account development and foster long-term growth

• Manage sector P&L to ensure profitable operations

• Mentor and develop sales teams to enhance customer engagement

• Supply market insights and assist in the development of the product roadmap

• Guarantee precise forecasting and robust channel performance

• Direct W&P-focused campaigns, events, and the introduction of new products

• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Strategy, and Services teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Extensive senior sales experience in industrial or manufacturing settings (7+ years)

• Demonstrated history of commercial achievements

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer-centric approach

• Capacity to excel in a matrixed and rapidly evolving environment

• Strong integrity, cultural sensitivity, and entrepreneurial mindset
