This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee instructional programs and provide virtual support to students.
• Manage grading, generate progress reports, and facilitate parent conferences.
• Enhance the instructional program through asynchronous web conferencing and live instruction.
• Evaluate curriculum and deliver lessons to improve student comprehension.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, students, and fellow educators.
• Create Personal Learning Plans and schedules tailored for students.
• Ensure that student records and data remain current.
• Organize and coordinate field trips and social events for students.
• Contribute to the organization of State Testing and oversee proctoring activities.
• Participate in training sessions and team-building events throughout the year.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must be highly qualified and certified to teach Art in Missouri.
• Experience with Professional Learning Communities is preferred.
• Proficient technology skills, particularly with Microsoft OS and MS Office applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• High degree of adaptability and flexibility.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated history of being a team player.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing purposes.
• Capability to work remotely, if required.
• Availability to work some evenings as needed to assist certain families.
• Must possess a personal electronic device and email for 2-step authentication.
