Seasonal Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance through phone, email, and chat for both internal and external customers.

• Analyze customer requirements and leverage software solutions, personal expertise, and troubleshooting abilities to find solutions.

• Remotely access desktops to fix technical problems.

• Adhere to protocols for managing inquiries and addressing issues.

• Oversee customer communications by utilizing incident management, escalation, quality assessment procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Record and monitor customer interactions through software solutions and computer systems.

• Track requests, engage with customers, and provide timely solutions.

• Sustain a comprehensive technical understanding of supported products.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent education.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Capability to offer technical support via phone, email, and chat.

• Proficient troubleshooting skills.

• Competence in employing software solutions and computer systems to address and monitor incidents.

• Ability to remotely access and control desktops.

• Familiarity with incident management, escalation, quality measurement protocols, and operational procedures.

• Technical expertise regarding supported products.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving user needs, work settings, processes, and requirements.
