Seasonal Recruiting & Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Recruitment Lifecycle.

• Ensure candidates experience empathy, transparency, and efficiency throughout the process.

• Oversee the onboarding process for seasonal hires.

• Support the Operations team with urgent tasks.

• Collaborate with the Operations team and the CEO's office on special initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume recruitment cycles or assisting in People/Operations roles, ideally within a fast-paced or startup setting.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Adaptable to the changing priorities associated with seasonal hiring.

• Proficient with technology.
