Seasonal Lead Training Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Successfully complete and fulfill Everise's New Trainer Onboarding and Client Certification criteria.

• Achieve Master Certified Trainer status through additional Client Certification.

• Provide training for new hires and ongoing development, focusing on customer service, sales skills, client product knowledge, and Everise policies and procedures.

• Conduct training for new hires or upskilling in either virtual environments or physical locations.

• Maintain a graduation rate of 85% for each training class.

• Collaborate with Everise leadership to provide feedback and make modifications to the curriculum. Aid in the creation of supporting materials.

• Ensure all Champions are engaged in the training process by planning and implementing activities and utilizing camera features.

• Create lesson plans and course agendas tailored to each training class as per client-required training.

• Carry out proficiency evaluations and certify Champions for their assigned programs.

• Work alongside Operations and Quality teams to continuously develop Champions for optimal performance.

• Facilitate ongoing refresher and cross-training modules in key areas as identified by the quality and operations teams.

• Adhere to and maintain accountability for training standard operating procedures, processes, and trainer scorecards.

• When not actively conducting a training session, the Trainer Level 2 will handle phone calls as per the Operations schedule (8 hours daily), achieving passing Quality Evaluation scores (passing = line of business KPI target) to maintain Trainer certification.

• When not actively training a class, the Trainer Level 3 may transition into a Supervisor role within Operations if hired into a Hybrid position, which may result in a change to the Operations schedule.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in Training with Everise or another BPO, or one year in a Supervisor role with Everise or another BPO.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.

• Must hold Client Master Certification.

• An Insurance License is required for all Licensed lines of business.

• Ability to establish rapport in an online virtual environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Proven presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Word.

• Willingness to work any shift for 7 days a week.

• Capability to understand Standard Operating Procedures and know when to seek guidance.

• Ability to adapt and implement changes swiftly.

• Possess an outgoing personality.
