Seasonal Family Nurse Practitioner – NY Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients through telehealth visits, including triage calls via phone, video consultations, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office team members through daily huddles.

• Utilize clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Commit to a seasonal schedule from August until February 2027.

• Work a minimum of 40 hours each week, which includes two full rotating A/B weekends each month.

• Observe two out of four company-designated holidays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Currently licensed in New York, with the potential to acquire additional state licenses.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner within the last 5 years in outpatient primary care treating patients of all ages, or in urgent care/emergency medicine.

• Availability to work afternoons and evenings.

• Flexible for current shifts from 7am–6pm EST or 11am–10pm EST.

• Exceptional clinical and communication skills.

• Capability to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.

• A strong passion for patient-centered primary care.

• Proficient in communicating with and providing care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Competent in leveraging technology to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Ability to function effectively as part of a team focused on transforming healthcare delivery.

• Willingness to accept feedback and engage in self-reflection.

• Aptitude for navigating uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues.

• Preparedness to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors to cater to patient needs.
