Seasonal Family Nurse Practitioner, DC/TX Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through tele-health consultations, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various other methods.

• Work collaboratively with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program and hold a national certification.

• Currently possess a license in Washington D.C. or Texas, with the potential to acquire additional state licenses.

• Have at least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care serving patients of all ages, or in urgent care/emergency medicine with patients of all ages, within the last 5 years.

• Availability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts are from 7am–6pm EST or 11am–10pm EST.

• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

• Ability to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.

• A genuine passion for human-centered primary care.

• Capability to communicate effectively and provide care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology to deliver high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.
