This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Responding to customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and SMS
β’ Assisting customers with questions related to purchases and providing order support
β’ Following up on outstanding inquiries and unresolved customer interactions
β’ Diligently documenting customer interactions and any updates
β’ Delivering friendly, professional, and solution-oriented assistance
β’ Fostering positive relationships with customers through effective communication
β’ Prior experience in customer service
β’ Previous experience in a call center environment
β’ Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
β’ Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation abilities
β’ Ability to multitask efficiently across various systems and tabs
β’ Basic computer skills, including typing, copy/pasting, and navigation
β’ Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM
β’ Positive mindset accompanied by strong problem-solving capabilities
β’ Dependable and professional work ethic
