This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage with Lush customers worldwide through various communication channels, including phone, chat, text, and email.
• Address customer feedback and respond to inquiries utilizing trained techniques and tools.
• Provide assistance to customers in crisis situations.
• Support customers with their digital orders.
• Quickly identify and resolve issues on the spot, delivering technical and troubleshooting assistance.
• Keep updated with brand and product training to relay information about products and company initiatives.
• Educate customers on our brand values.
• Enhance sales through effective product recommendations.
• Investigate lost packages in collaboration with our transport partners.
• Adhere to and advocate company policies, guidelines, procedures, and expectations.
• Follow and uphold all data privacy protocols to ensure the protection and security of customer information.
• Achieve and surpass service levels and departmental targets.
• Consistently provide a world-class customer experience.
• Must be a current employee of Lush.
• Capability to identify and evaluate customer needs while resolving issues with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with correct spelling and grammar.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to navigate multiple screens and software applications.
• Availability to work evenings, occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Strong critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual attendance, demonstrating consistency and dependability.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to effectively de-escalate customer situations.
• A great team player who is also self-motivated and proactive.
• Adaptable and open to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Successful candidates must be eligible to work in Canada for the entirety of the contract, until January 31, 2027.
• Current core staff members who succeed will return to their core roles within the business after the completion of the seasonal contract.
• A reliable and fast internet connection is required, as well as a private workspace away from the rest of your household.
