This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Respond to incoming calls and emails, offering clear explanations regarding benefits, costs, and provider options.
β’ Assist members in evaluating benefits during open enrollment, life changes, and updates to coverage.
β’ Support members in resolving benefit-related concerns, investigating plan specifics, and ensuring they receive the necessary care.
β’ Make outbound calls for issues that need additional research, providing members with timely updates and resolutions.
β’ Keep updated on commercial plans, Medicare coordination of benefits, and the structures of group health plans.
β’ A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or benefits.
β’ Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems.
β’ Willingness to learn about benefits administration, healthcare plans, and insurance coordination.
β’ Experience in healthcare, insurance, benefits administration, Medicare, COBRA, or customer service settings is preferred.
