This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee and enhance paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Amazon Ads.
• Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube advertising initiatives.
• Create audience targeting, retargeting, and keyword strategies tailored for both DIY consumers and commercial clients.
• Facilitate growth into commercial and hospitality sectors through LinkedIn ad campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and lead quality objectives.
• Adjust budgets towards high-performing campaigns and potential growth avenues.
• Perform SEO audits to uncover technical challenges, keyword prospects, and site enhancements.
• Work closely with content and creative teams on initiatives driven by keywords.
• Enhance product and category pages for high-traffic and high-intent search queries.
• Oversee GA4 tracking, conversion attribution, and reporting dashboards.
• Evaluate customer journeys and pinpoint opportunities to boost website conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance lead quality and align campaigns.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing paid media budgets on Google and Meta platforms.
• Practical experience with paid advertising campaigns aimed at the U.S. market.
• Experience in both e-commerce and lead-generation funnels.
• Strong grasp of SEO principles and technical SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Ads.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and enhance performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
