This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement SEO strategies for multiple concurrent website migrations across a network of university partner sites.
• Establish and execute scalable migration frameworks, playbooks, and governance models.
• Own and produce essential migration artifacts, including site maps, URL and redirect mapping, redirect logic, and QA validation processes.
• Identify and address SEO risks before, during, and after migrations.
• Provide strategic guidance on information architecture.
• Perform thorough content audits.
• Lead on-page optimization initiatives for both migrated and existing content.
• Collaborate with Engineering, MarTech, and Front-End teams to ensure that the new platform adheres to SEO best practices.
• Analyze organic performance trends before and after migrations, and relay insights to leadership.
• Act as the SEO subject matter expert for migration projects.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in organic performance optimization for enterprise, agency, or multi-site environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple, complex website migrations concurrently.
• Strong background in developing information architecture, site maps, and content strategies.
• Experience working closely with UX, design, and engineering teams.
• Robust analytical skills, with a proven track record of converting performance data into prioritized, actionable SEO recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Extensive knowledge in technical SEO, covering site architecture, URL structures, redirects, crawlability, indexation, and performance optimization.
