SEA Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee and enhance our clients' Google Ads accounts with monthly advertising expenditures ranging from €15k to €150k.

• You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the SEA team and manage 3 to 5 client accounts.

• You will design, create, and refine search engine advertisements on Google and Bing for rapidly expanding B2C and B2B enterprises.

• As an Account Manager, you will independently handle client accounts and continuously advance those accounts.

• You will assess pertinent KPIs, generate weekly reports, and optimize accounts based on these findings.

• You will systematically engage with our Paid Social team to identify and effectively utilize cross-channel synergies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a similar field, along with 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in SEA.

• A comprehensive understanding of Performance Marketing and KPIs.

• Strong communication skills for client interactions, alongside empathy and the ability to rapidly assimilate new information.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach, and the capability to devise intelligent solutions.

• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Drive, with a quick learning aptitude for new tools.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• A high degree of conscientiousness, reliability, and the capacity for swift decision-making.
