This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Lead and expand a high-performing SDR team dedicated to generating qualified leads in the US market.
• Coach, develop, and mentor SDRs to enhance their prospecting, qualification, and communication skills.
• Oversee SDR performance metrics, reporting, and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Create and implement a structured onboarding program to quickly integrate new hires into product knowledge, market understanding, and sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to synchronize campaigns, messaging, and demand generation strategies.
• Drive innovative outbound and inbound prospecting initiatives across various buyer personas.
• Ensure Sales Accepted Opportunities achieve quality and volume targets to sustain a healthy, predictable pipeline.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and automation to enhance efficiency and personalize outreach at scale.
• Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools (preferably HubSpot) to ensure strong data integrity and performance visibility.
• Continuously improve playbooks, processes, and technology to boost SDR productivity and impact.
• Proven experience in successfully managing and expanding a sales development or inside sales team, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM software (HubSpot highly preferred) and other sales enablement tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with a history of using data to drive performance enhancements and strategic choices.
• Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
• In-depth understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Passionate about technology and a strong interest in cybersecurity.
• Committed to customer satisfaction with a deep understanding of prospect pain points during initial engagement.
• Experience or a solid understanding of implementing AI and automation solutions to improve sales development efforts (e.g., AI-driven lead scoring, automated sequencing, conversational AI).
