This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Proactively identify and reach out to companies that align with Igma's customer profile.
• Conduct research on accounts, pinpoint opportunities, and map out key decision-makers.
• Implement prospecting strategies through various channels (email, LinkedIn, and others).
• Assess leads based on the criteria established by the sales operations team.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the team responsible for closing deals.
• Maintain the CRM system and ensure the accuracy of recorded information.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence to enhance productivity and improve outreach quality.
• Track commercial operation metrics and support the ongoing improvement of processes.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in SDR, pre-sales, Inside Sales, or B2B prospecting (or an early-career profile with significant potential).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong research skills for account and market analysis.
• Highly organized to execute sales cadences and keep the CRM updated.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn for prospecting purposes.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot or similar).
• Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence tools in everyday tasks.
