This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Qualify and engage incoming leads from our Freemium sign-up process and marketing initiatives, as well as existing Hilti customers.
β’ Execute focused outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create new qualified opportunities.
β’ Identify key stakeholders and establish contact with construction professionals in small and mid-sized firms.
β’ Arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
β’ Work closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to develop a robust pipeline.
β’ Keep accurate and current information in our CRM (Salesforce).
β’ Learn and effectively communicate the value of Fieldwireβs construction management platform.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
β’ Consistently achieve and surpass activity and opportunity generation targets.
β’ 0β2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
β’ Coachable, inquisitive, and driven by results.
β’ Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal.
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
β’ Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce) is a plus.
β’ A genuine interest in construction technology or SaaS is an advantage.
β’ Variable compensation bonus which can reach up to CAD 36,000.
