This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Generate targeted lists of key contacts within your assigned prospect accounts utilizing Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
• Craft innovative engagement campaigns that spark interest through various channels including email, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
• Identify new business opportunities by gaining insights into a prospect’s interests, needs, and knowledge gaps through meaningful discussions with senior decision-makers.
• Address all marketing-generated leads in a timely and professional manner to uncover potential opportunities.
• Ensure a steady flow of meetings for Enterprise Account Managers, complete with detailed handover notes and briefings.
• Offer prospects a premium experience that leaves a positive impression.
• Utilize Salesforce to document all activities and client interactions, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Approximately 12 months of experience in B2B internal sales, preferably in SaaS, software, data analytics, or subscription-based solutions.
• Confidence in engaging prospects via phone, establishing credibility, and fostering rapport.
• A collaborative team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and resilience.
• Capability to meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
• A keen interest in technology and innovation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and the application of AI in sales methodologies.
• Competence in using metrics to track performance and analyze results and contributing factors.
