📋 Description

• Develop test case scenarios to enhance test coverage utilizing C# and .NET

• Design, construct, and uphold UI, API, integration, and performance/load automation frameworks

• Create and implement automated test suites for both functional and non-functional requirements

• Formulate test strategies for transitioning REST APIs from legacy SOAP/WCF services

• Execute comprehensive API workflow testing, encompassing authentication and authorization

• Verify OpenAPI/Swagger specifications against API implementations

• Assess REST-to-SOAP/WCF adapter layers and ensure backward compatibility during migrations

• Validate file-based interface translations and maintain cross-system data integrity

• Conduct regression testing on SCM and card-related features

• Perform integration testing with both internal and external systems, including Presidio IVR

• Confirm OAuth 2.0 and MFA implementations

• Integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines

• Design and execute load and performance tests to ensure resilience and scalability

• Establish and maintain tools for test data generation, mocking, dependency control, and observability

• Collaborate with development teams on testability, shift-left methodologies, TDD, and clean code architecture

• Engage in application and test-code reviews

• Mentor engineers and QA team members in automation methodologies

• Instrument tests and systems for observability and monitoring

• Sustain automation efforts for containerized and cloud environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in software test automation, SDET, or development roles

• Proficient programming skills in C#/.NET or a comparable object-oriented language

• Proven experience in creating test-case scenarios using C# and .NET

• Practical experience in constructing UI automation frameworks with Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright

• Hands-on experience developing API automation using Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar tools

• Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, and WCF protocols

• Experience in testing integrations between contemporary and legacy services

• Familiarity with testing OAuth 2.0 authentication flows and knowledge of MFA implementations

• Understanding of OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, API documentation, and contract validation

• Proficiency with NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit

• Practical experience using JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner

• Experience with integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar

• Background in Agile or Scrum methodologies

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Experience in participating in code reviews and providing insights on test coverage and quality

• Nice to have: experience in cards, payments, fintech, health tech, or regulated sectors

• Nice to have: experience debugging distributed systems

• Nice to have: experience with adapter-layer, file-based interface, and backward-compatibility testing

• Nice to have: experience with Presidio IVR integration testing

• Nice to have: experience with Application Insights, Datadog, or Splunk

• Nice to have: mentoring developers and QA engineers in automation techniques

• Must be available to work CST hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
