⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in coding and problem-solving within complex frontend projects.

• Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong enthusiasm for tackling intricate and engaging real-world challenges.

• A proactive attitude that showcases energy and dedication towards assigned responsibilities.

• Extensive programming expertise in at least one general-purpose programming language, with the capability to write maintainable, scalable, and unit-tested code.

• Experience with either React Native or Flutter and their associated ecosystems.

• Proficient in either native Android or iOS development.

• Familiarity with GraphQL and other contemporary JavaScript ecosystems.

• Knowledge of common design patterns and their anti-patterns.

• Understanding of JavaScript frontend performance challenges.

• Exceptional coding abilities – capable of translating design into functional code.

• Ability to implement incremental changes to architecture with a clear impact analysis.

• Experience in performance optimization and enhancements in large-scale frontend codebases.

• Skill in mentoring junior colleagues and promoting teamwork, breaking down tasks into manageable phases.
