Scrum Master – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Review, and Retrospective sessions.

• Identify and eliminate impediments and blockers for the team to ensure smooth workflow.

• Manage the workflow through Kanban or Scrum methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with agile practices and foster continuous improvement.

• Assist the Product Owner and Analysts in organizing the backlog effectively.

• Track and analyze agile metrics such as velocity, lead time, and throughput.

• Encourage collaboration among various teams, including mobile, backend, QA, and business units.

• Aid in risk assessment and conflict resolution.

• Maintain alignment between strategic objectives and team execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with agile methodologies.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex projects, including integrations and mission-critical systems.

• Extensive knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including analysts, developers, and QA professionals.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

• Understanding of agile metrics and the principles of continuous improvement.

• Experience working in environments with multiple external dependencies.
