Scrum Master – RTE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the team adheres to the agile process

• Organize and lead planning sessions and sprint reviews

• Coach the organization in Scrum and agile methodologies

• Facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) in accordance with the SAFe framework

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in a similar role

• At least a couple of years of experience in product development for software or hardware

• Relevant education in the field (MSc, BSc, or equivalent)

• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English

• Experienced in organizing and leading meetings and activities

• Background in requirements and needs management

• Certified ScrumMaster and/or certified SAFe RTE or Agilist (preferred)
