Scrum Master – Júnior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the agile ceremonies for the team, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective;

• Support the team in adopting and spreading agile practices;

• Identify, track, and assist in the removal of impediments;

• Monitor indicators and activities during sprints;

• Foster collaboration among the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders;

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement in deliverables;

• Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks alongside the team;

• Ensure proper use of agile management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban;

• Understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Scrum Master;

• Experience in agile environments;

• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills;

• Collaborative, proactive, and organized personality;

• Familiarity with agile management tools, especially Jira;

• Interest in continuous development and career growth in agility.
