This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Enhance the effectiveness and impact of two vital IT domains by facilitating agile delivery across Enterprise Tools and Platforms, as well as Operations and Reliability, with a strong focus on advancing AIOps capabilities.
• This position influences the implementation of automation, monitoring, and self-healing solutions at scale, thereby improving system resilience and operational efficiency for internal stakeholders.
• Lead agile ceremonies across various IT teams to promote consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes and ongoing improvement.
• Take ownership of the complete facilitation of backlog health, ensuring that prioritization is in line with impacts driven by automation, monitoring, and AIOps.
• Provide visibility into delivery performance by analyzing metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and predictability, enabling informed, data-driven decisions.
• Guide quarterly planning processes to align team execution with the broader platform and operational strategies.
• Identify and address delivery blockers to facilitate seamless coordination among teams and expedite time to value.
• Contribute to the Scrum Master Center of Excellence by sharing insights and implementing scalable best practices throughout the organization.
• Advocate for the use of AI-assisted delivery tools to streamline workflows, minimize manual overhead, and improve reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering leaders to ensure that backlog items are clearly defined, estimated, and aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee release and deployment activities for enterprise platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and high reliability.
• Keep accurate and transparent delivery artifacts within Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools to foster collaboration and accountability.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, managing multiple agile teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles with a proven ability to apply them in intricate IT environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders across IT operations, platform engineering, or enterprise tooling environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools that enhance delivery, reporting, or workflow automation.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
