Scrum Master, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a servant leader and mentor, guiding teams to deliver high-quality solutions while fostering ongoing improvements in their work practices.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various countries.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Support Agile transformation initiatives and encourage an Agile mindset within teams.

• Coach development teams and stakeholders on Scrum and SAFe methodologies.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.

• Ensure effective backlog management and collaboration with Product Owners.

• Promote continuous improvement and enhance team maturity.

• Monitor and report on team progress utilizing Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in a global, distributed environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master within a software development setting.

• Proficient in French (C1) and English (minimum B2).

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, as well as SAFe.

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps.

• Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proactive, problem-solving attitude coupled with strong facilitation skills.

• Preferred: SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master).

• Experience in large, enterprise-scale organizations.

• Technical background or prior experience in software development teams.
