Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development team for medium-complexity projects under Spassu contracts with clients, ensuring adherence to all aspects of the development process, both contractual and procedural.

• Guarantee compliance with the development process.

• Maintain the team's focus on the delivery plan and proactively identify potential issues that could lead to deviations.

• Ensure that activities are documented accurately for timely collection of indicators to be provided to the account manager.

• Protect the development team from negative impacts.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new development team members to ensure they feel welcomed and are ready to contribute.

• Participate in or facilitate project ceremonies to ensure their goals are met.

• Assist in prioritizing the roadmap with the client to secure the delivery of high-value items.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of an undergraduate degree paired with a Scrum or Kanban training certificate or certification.

• Preferred experience: 3 years in project management and/or as a Scrum Master.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Intermediate understanding of software engineering principles.

• Basic knowledge of Project Management concepts.

• Proficiency in Agile and flow metrics.

• Techniques for backlog prioritization.

• Practical knowledge of essential Lean-Agile practices: Scrum, Kanban, and more.
